More Of This Nonsensical Hutt – Tut!

Now, the incredibly disillusioned Ripperologists are claiming that PC George Henry Hutt was a porter before he became a City Police Constable. I checked the veracity of that statement against the 1881 Census data and here are my findings –
 
George Henry Hutt, Porter – 0 results (no porter named George Hutt listed in the 1881 Census). Time to pick another George Hutt, boys! I hear there was a nice gardener; or how about a nifty farm laborer, or maybe even a posh schoolmaster? Hmm? Monty claimed, to reiterate for the hundredth time, that Hutt was a warehouseman, porter, soldier, insurance agent and police officer and I come up bupkis for all of them from the census, so maybe swallow a little more water with the next one, hm?
 
Just where was this PC George Henry Hutt in 1881? Was he in North America?
